Job Description

This is a field position. Please refer to the most recent ""DD Staffing Position Requirements"" provided by the SEA VM team for details on rental vehicle requirements, assets and toolkits.

• Provide high-level support to multi-functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi-technology wireless network deployment across customer markets
• On-Site Field Support, technical work, installations, testing, and troubleshooting
• Install, Integrate and commission Samsung equipment to Samsung standards
• Install, Commission and integrate Cisco CSR routers to manufacturer's and Samsung specifications
• Support troubleshooting of all T-1, ATM backbone, microwave backhaul transmission methodology
• Support RMA process tracking and documentation for MMBS equipment
• Peer training and direction
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree; 2-5 years work experience in the wireless industry
• Knowledge of CDMA/EVDO and LTE/Volte technologies a plus
• Must have a strong work ethic, integrity and work extremely well in a team environment
• Aptitude for creativity and innovation
• Working knowledge of Base Station Vendor equipment (Samsung, Alcatel Lucent, Ericsson)
• Proficient in MS Office package
• Flexible during times of change
• Strong trouble-shooting skills and problem resolution skills
• Strong written communications skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
