Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
- Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Prepare final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel {vLookup, Pivot, Advance functions and formulas} to create reports
- Utilize PowerPoint to create strong visuals and present data to Management team on a regular basis
- Work with Management to prioritize business and information needs
- Work with Engineering team to present data from Analytical tools on a regular basis
- Present Dashboard Data and create various reports for Upper management via Ticketing system.
- Knowledgeable on 4G and 5G technologies
- Strong on customer support as well as data analysis of trends and KPIs
- Regular usage of dashboard tools to create visual displays for storytelling of metrics
- Heavy experience with incident management systems.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
Success Criteria:
- Experienced in programming languages and database systems {SQL, DB}}
- Experienced in Scripting {Shell, Python}
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Highly skilled in MS Excel with ability to create Pivot views, vlookup and utilize advanced Excel functions and formula to present data
- Proven experience creating and delivering professional PowerPoint presentations to upper management.
- Strong MS Excel skills, ability to perform analysis, creation of charts and graphs, and experience writing macros is a must.
Education, Work experience and necessary Skills & Attributes:
- 4 + Years of Experience in the relevant field
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Six Sigma or similar certification
- Good knowledge of wireless network architecture concepts especially in RAN domain
- Current usage of dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- MS Excel advanced knowledge to include creating macros
- Good knowledge of trouble ticket and knowledge management systems
- Good analytical skills to investigate and evaluate trending data

Ability to achieve results within established time frames and requirements. Develop accurate proposals and designs to meet customer needs.
Physical/Mental Demands:
- Must be able to work under pressure, sometimes with tight deadlines
- Work generally is performed in an office and/or lab environment – may need to travel 0 to 10%
- Comfortable conducting presentations and speaking in front of internal and external (customer) teams and leadership
- Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between more than 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable work utilizing high visual acuity / detail, numeric / character distinction and moderate hand / finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenges and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include PC’s, printers, copiers, faxes and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Travel varies depending on position.
