Job Description

• At least 10 years’ relevant experience required.
• Coordinate and manage vendors performing pre-construction activities, QC/QA Inspections, Final Punch and site acceptance walks.
• Work with vendors to coordinate timing to submit Bill of Materia (BOM), GC bid walk, request, route for approval and ensure Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued on time, timely order of long lead third party material.
• Candidate needs to have experience in working with multiple GC and crews for planning a construction schedule based on crew availability and coordinating completion of all above mentioned pre-construction activities.
• Candidate is responsible to meet with all vendors and GCs on a daily basis, maintain a detailed construction tracker, present a plan and track progress. Executive reporting is also expected on a weekly basis.
• Must meet onsite requirements right away; Candidates NEED to be in the concord office at least 3 days a week.
