Job Description

Responsible for providing 2nd level support of a web based application. Work with the 1st level support team and interfacing with software provider for the resolution of technical issues. Also ensuring business requirements are clearly identified, prioritize and document defects according to business processes and methodologies. Key responsibilities include, analyzing, documenting, testing and validating business requirements, resolution of issues and deployment of fixes and enhancements.
