Manage and track License agreements related to co-location projects, Draft / Create contract document
Description:
Manage and track License agreements related to co-location projects
Draft / Create contract documentation (Co-location Licenses) including but not limited, amendments and extensions, lease agreement assignment and subletting
Manage financial data entry related to A/P - A/R and explain variance
Interpretation of lease provisions (including rental, Construction Build, Accounting, etc.)
Maintain Leases Data Base entries tracking all lease documentation at their various stages
Draft letters to Landlords (concerning lease provisions, notices, waivers, etc.)
Contribute to improve lease documentation, procedures and policies, updating standard templates
Other duties as may be required for the position

• Ability to speak and write in both French and English is essential.
An excellent knowledge of English is essential; adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Gérer et faire le suivi des ententes contractuelles
Rédiger les contracts, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les modifications et extensions, la cession de contrat de location et sous-location
Gérer l'entrée de données financi�res liées aux comptes payables et recevables
Interpréter les provisions au bail.
Maintenir la base de données intact avec les différents stages
Rédiger les lettres de courtoisie ou d'autorisation
Améliorer la documentation.
Habiletés et compétences souhaitées:
• Ãtre titulaire d'un diplÃ?me en administration, science juridique, ingénierie ou dans une discipline connexe.
• Formation et expérience en droit des contrats et/ou rédactions juridiques.
• Connaissance et habileté à travailler en mode agile, un atout.
• Compétences en amélioration de processus.
• Bonne connaissance des réseaux de télécommunications.
Une excellente maitrise de l'anglais est essentielle. Une connaissance adéquate du franÃais est requise pour tous les postes offerts au Québec.
Possess excellent Microsoft application skills (Excel, Word, and Project).
