Job Description

• Looking for candidates with construction PM experience managing more than 20-30 sites at a time.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience required.
• Support construction schedules as directed by the Construction Project Manager. Provide Job in Progress and QC/QA Reports.

• Local candidates only- Candidates only in the state of VA with no locations west of Louisa, VA will be considered - The person needs to be within 50 miles of either Richmond or Norfolk VA (Mileage will be approved)
• Must be familiar with cell site construction from beginning to end. This includes CD review, electrical requirements for cell sites, T-Mobile BOMS, Ericsson OEM materials, bid walks, AAV to demarc construction and requirements from Comcast, Cox, Verizon, CenturyLink, and Segra, Microwave materials knowledge, MW installation and turn up, vendor management, PO management. Working knowledge of SprintVision and Magentabuilt, BAT, and PIER
• Will be supporting Development group concentration on construction and construction management.
