Job Description
Working to support the IT Contracts Team in contract and budget management. You will analyze and collect data to help understand the current contract environment; additionally you will be tasked with organizing regular meetings and communicate with various stakeholders to understand each project’s contractual and financial impacts.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- Work with various stakeholders to communicate processes and identifying project needs
- Supporting a database and ensuring data integrity through data entry, gathering, and analysis
- Organizing reoccurring meetings by gathering, vetting and consolidating meeting material
- Creating and updating process documents for knowledge database
- Conducting regular checks on various portals for user administration
- Understanding and supporting software license management tools and work with various stakeholders to identify and resolve application issues
- Validation of financial codes and information
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities with effective prioritization
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance, regardless of the volume of tasks
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to explain to a diverse audience and across departments
- Ability to identify and mange competing stakeholder priorities effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS suite, specifically MS Excel
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
- Previous data entry experience
- Experience with HP Asset Manager would be an asset
- Software license knowledge would be an asset
- Hardware knowledge would be an asset
- Previous IT project delivery experience would be an asset
- Previous operational support experience would be an asset
- Previous financial experience or knowledge would be an asset
