Job Description

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience required.
• Responsible for staying current in technical theory, application, and operational discipline.
• Takes on technical and project-related efforts, providing communication as directed.
• The Technician II has a solid understanding of theory and application related to project management, radio access networks, backhaul to sites, signaling, disaster recovery planning and response, data services, and location-based services.
• The Technician II has a basic understanding of theory and application related to network design, capacity planning, power systems AC/DC, and grounding.
• Previous T-Mobile installation, troubleshooting, and/or integration field experience with Nokia BTS equipment is required.
• Driving is also a requirement and must be able to lift and meneuver equipment weighing up to 75lbs.
• Must be available to visit local cell towers.
• Mileage will be an expense, so I added 20% to the planned spend. No approved expenses aside from that.
• Will be supporting Austin Filed Operations
