Job Description

• Tech would be primarily residing in a warehouse validating & prepping Samsung 4G/5G equipment for more efficient cell site network deployments.
• This includes pre-loading environmental files onto specific components, and pre-fitting cell site cabinets.
• Provide support to multi-functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi-technology wireless network deployment across customer markets
• On-Site Field Support, technical work, installations, testing, and troubleshooting
• Install, Integrate and commission Samsung equipment to Samsung standards
• Install, Commission and integrate Cisco CSR routers to manufacturer's and Samsung specifications
• Support troubleshooting of all T-1, ATM backbone, microwave backhaul transmission methodology
• Support RMA process tracking and documentation for MMBS equipment
