Job Description

• Years’ experience as a Project Coordinator/experience as BSA.
• Experience working in Cybersecurity is a bonus/ Ideal candidate - Someone that performed in this role previously, etc.
• Lead the deployment of network cyber security controls to meet in-year objectives
• Follow up with team members on the status of their deliverables
• Perform project coordination activities such as status updates, project notes and documentation
• Lead project planning, communication and execution of network security initiatives
• Support Program/Project Manager by maintaining document control, gatgathering, meetingtes and tracking project activities within project timelines
• Plan, coordinate and supervise the deployments, identify risks, determine remediation plans
• Set priorities and timelines for site deployments
• Determine relevant metrics and produce reports
• Generate process documentation as needed.

Other related activities:

• Schedule and organize kick-off meetings with different groups
• Organize meetings with asset owners and leaders of several business units
• Prepare status reports
• Ensure the project runs smoothly and escalate issues to minimize impact to targets
• Participate actively in daily project management activities

Required qualification/skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in project management or coordination with Business Analysis Skills
• Experience working in cyber security projects, SOC initiatives, EDR deployment a plus
• Possess excellent Microsoft application skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Jira and Confluence
• Good Communication and leadership skills
• Must be able to anticipate needs of internal/ external Stakeholders
• Must be a team player, build/ maintain relationships with peers and business stakeholders
• Ability to multitask
• Perform analysis, gather information from various stakeholders, effectively document process
• Be able to make decisions on value of the information available in any business process, understand current state, and make recommendations to decision makers
• Excellent social skills and empathy
