Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Digital HR, you will be accountable for delivering projects, day-to-day operational tasks and providing multi-module support within our Human Resources Information Systems. You will be hands on collaborating, supporting and helping to lead operational innovation by using Success Factors for Learning, Performance, Talent, Succession, Recruitment and Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on with day-to-day platform management (RBP, Configuration, etc.)
- System integration (LDAP, SAML, API, etc.)
- Data management (report center, analytics, record management, etc.)
- Provide tier-3 support to for SAP SuccessFactors on an ad-hoc basis
- Provide input and expert advice into the configuration of the SuccessFactors (BizX, People Profile, Online reporting, Mobile, etc.)
- Responsible for incident management – submit and manage SAP tickets
- Perform key business analysis tasks on projects to ensure project scope and deliverables will achieve required business impacts
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of procedures and methods to ensure proper business continuity
- Assist with semi-annual SuccessFactors release management (1H 2021 and 2H 2021)Assist with the selection and implementation of optional functionality that can drive desired business change
- Identify and propose system/process enhancements that drive simplicity, ease of use and efficiency
Critical Competencies:
- SAP Success Factors knowledge and accreditation is critical to the role
- 2-5 years of experience with Human Resources Management System administration and support in Success Factors environment
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget in SuccessFactors
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Organized, disciplined and autonomous – someone who knows how to problem solve with little guidance
- Flexibility and Adaptability in performing multiple tasks
- Identify areas where automation can improve administrator tasks and save time
- Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to collaborate through engagement from internal clients and external partners
Preferred Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in HRIS, IT or related field of study
- Advanced experience with all SuccessFactors HCM modules
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebe.
