Job Description
Working to support the IT Contracts Team in contract and budget management. You will collect and analyze data to help understand current contract conditions to ensure contract compliancy. Additionally you will be tasked with organizing regular meetings and communicate with various stakeholders to understand each project’s contractual and financial impacts.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- Explain and guide various stakeholders through required processes with consideration to individual project needs and timelines
- Ensure data integrity through data entry, gathering, and analysis
- Organize reoccurring meetings by gathering and vetting meeting material
- Conduct regular reviews on various portals for user administration
- Understand and support software license management tools and work with various stakeholders to identify and resolve reporting issues
- Validate financial codes and information
- Validate all employee time entry on a monthly basis
- Create and update process documents
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities with effective prioritization
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance, regardless of the volume of tasks
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to explain to a diverse audience and across departments
- Ability to identify and mange competing stakeholder priorities effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
- Previous data entry experience
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure with an emphasis on software licencing
- Previous IT project delivery experience or knowledge of IT project lifecycle
- Previous financial experience or knowledge would be an asset
- Knowledge of operational support processes would be an asset
- Experience with HP Asset Manager would be an asset.
