Wireless Experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Represent company as the single point of contact for our customer in the Portland and PNW region
• Perform site bid walks, develop Bill of Material (BoM) and Schedule of Values (SoV) for newly assigned sites
• Secure crews and ensure work is distributed according to crew capabilities / capacity
• Supervise day to day workflow of multiple tower crews while maximizing productivity, minimizing costs, maintaining safety and quality
• Liaison to Project Management concerning project bids, subcontracting, progress and delays
• Reviews and compiles operations records such as safety reports, equipment and tool inspections and equipment and supply usage
• Coordination and procurement of permits and local inspections when applicable
• Employee assessment and performance metrics
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Must 5-10 years of related wireless experience with a proven record of successful construction management
• OSHA 10/30hr classes / PIM / Sweep Certifications
• Experience managing individuals, teams and subcontractors
• Strong leadership and communications skills – verbal and written
• A demonstrated level of expertise and experience related to large scale wireless program deployments
• Travel as needed, at times extensively
• Advanced computer literacy in Excel and databases such as SiteTraker
• Must have safety & rescue along with climbing certification (Comtrain or equivalent)
• Must be certified and/or willing to attend OSHA 10 and 30hr classes / CPR / First Aid
• Must be able to pass a drug and background test
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to do what it takes with respect to work hours and assignments, including working overtime, nights and weekends
