Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager, Information Security and will be responsible for the quality of SOC projects and operational processes. The SOC is looking for a Senior Project Manager to meet the demands of the Advanced Services of the Bell Business Market team and senior projects of the Bell IT department. The successful candidate will have to demonstrate strong aptitudes in terms of project management with a particular focus on the delivery of deliverables

• Act as Senior Project Manager - Delivery of security services for our external clients and business units
• Build and detailed BRDs and detailed project plans based on requirements
• Determine which methodology to follow depending on the type of project
• Ensure close monitoring of deliverables by working with the various stakeholders and consulting experts
• Ensure that the requisites are delivered on the scheduled date
• Resolve the various issues at the process level
• Act as a team leader and SPOC from a project point of view

Skills and Competences :

• More than 15 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager
• 10 years + in IT or equivalent experience
• PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL or any other relevant certification is an asset
• A good understanding of cyber security
• Strong analytical and executive presentation skills
• Strong project management and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and navigate a complex matrix organization
• Organized, agile, able to work under tight deadlines
• Strategic thinker, speaking verbally, with strong presentation skills
• Bilingual (French / English)
