Job Description

Your roles include, but are not limited to:

• Design and Maintain accurate Network technical records in NetCracker
• Design and Maintain accurate Service technical records in Netcracker
• Manage customer expectation for all design tasks associated with changes of an order (Layer 2 and 3 services for SP, MPLS VPN, Hub and spoke setup)
• Update Technical Service Orders
• Work with support teams to resolve day-to-day process issues
• Coordinating with the Provisioning, Fulfilment and Implementation teams will be fundamental to success in this role, within the project and as an organization.
• Track, analyze and maintain records of activities.
• Responsible for effective and efficient work management; responding to work orders quickly and prioritizing activities to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently or on team projects

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Strong design fundamentals for Telecommunications services
• Possess knowledge of telecommunications and network systems
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications Preferred:

• ITIL Foundations Certification (Nice to have)
• CCDP or equivalent Certification (Nice to have)
• JNCIA - (Nice to have)
• Strong team spirit and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and multiple projects
• Experience in matrix management of multiple groups, in order to provide customers with an end-to-end experience

EDUCATION :

• Telecommunications/Network Engineering Diploma or Equivalent
• At least four years of telecommunications network design
