Job Description
Must have Technical Qualifications:
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Practical experience in assessing, documenting & co-ordinating implementation of Security Controls - Policies, Standards, Guidelines, Procedures (process and functional experience)
- Knowledge of ISO27001 and/or GDPR, SOC2 requirements
Practical experience in change and/or quality management
CISA, CBAP and/or ITIL certification is an asset
Non-technical qualifications:
- English and French (an asset), written and spoken
- Builds and maintains solid, professional working relationships with peers and business stakeholders
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel
- Effective oral and written communication, project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are also important.
Responsibilities and deliverables:
- Act as a Business and Process Analyst for the validation of existing process controls
- Responsible for ensuring business and compliance requirements are clearly identified, prioritized and documented according to business processes and methodologies.
- Directs, manages, and maintains overall compliance procedures to ensure that Bell operates in compliance with various rules and regulations
- Builds and runs with Communication, Change Management and Training Plans
- Translates compliance business requirements into functional specifications
- Consolidates functional & non-functional requirements
- Produces RACI Charts
- Control Implementation coordination and follow-up to ensure controls are implemented and maintained
- Document the current View: Process and Functional
- Document the Detailed Requirements and Future Process Definition
- Gap and Impact Analysis
