Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Customer care - maintenance and enhancement of client relations, updating and maintaining client profiles.
Order fulfillment - processing new activations, upgrades, migrations, number changes, serial number changes, service requisitions, arranging for shipping and delivery, etc.
Support Medium and/or Enterprise Corporate Account Managers - work closely with the sales team to develop and build relationships with clientele as well as increasing client loyalty and satisfaction.
Critical qualifications/competencies:
High School Diploma
Bilingual
Minimum of 2 years experience in the cellular industry
Knowledge of Bell Mobility Products
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and web navigation
Able to communicate simply and efficiently; able to adapt to different customers
Good analytical skills in terms of recognizing problems and making decisions
Enjoys working as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of SAP and NM1/SingleView an asset
