Client Relationship Management : Setting and managing client expectations, managing client relationships Upselling and Cross Selling. Increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones. Develop client accounts for staffing in USA and get Staffing Requirements and close positions. Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill. Meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly targets and generate revenue for the organization. What we are Looking For: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Staffing Business Development in the US market. Must have prior relationships with End Clients with a consistent proven track record of placements with them. Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated. Should be able to work Independently, work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
