Troubleshooting IT issues for Windows 7 and 10 workstations and MS Office 2010,Knowledge of network technologies
Desktop Support Analyst I is responsible for providing first level support to users of various desktop applications such as Microsoft. Ability to multi-task and support high level of trouble shooting user issues via telephone and remote applications. Bachelors Degree or equivalent. 1-2 years related work experience.
- Understanding of hardware like Laptops,Desktops,printers etc.
- Understanding of networking concepts and technologies, TCP/IP.
- Troubleshooting, resolving issues.
- Visiting Retail stores.
- Supporting business offices.
This is a driving position.
This position will require some onsite work. Will conduct most training remotely however may have a little onsite.
Work schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm
