Job Description
Job Duties/ Accountabilities:
• Ownership of Career Zone system administration and support activities for Bell and affiliate organizations
• Obtain deep system knowledge to recommend and make process and system changes, including configuration, permissions, etc.
• Partner with Bell IT and vendors to plan and manage system quarterly release, testing strategy and introduction of optional functionality
• Partner with HR Module Primes to develop a holistic strategy to support end users, system administrators and super users
• Manage implementation of new modules, new processes and enhancements on behalf of Bell HR as required
• Collaborate with other HR system owners to ensure line of sight to dependencies between systems (e.g. SAP)
• Identify trends in user experience issues, investigate root cause and develop strategies to eliminate issues
• Develop and interpret system and program analytics
• Work with Vendor to ensure overall system health and data integrity
• Work closely with Senior leadership team in defining the Career Zone strategy and roadmap
• Ensure appropriate and expected system stability and availability according to SLAs
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of procedures and methods to ensure proper business continuity
Critical Qualifications/ Competencies:
• University degree in IT, Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
• 5-10 years of program management and/ or project management
• 5-10 years of enterprise system administration and/or management (HR systems management an asset)
• 3 - 5 years of experience with SuccessFactors (SAP certification preferred)
• Proven large-scale program management skills, success in managing organization-wide implementations
• Ability to secure stakeholder buy-in to projects along with implementing the appropriate communication & change management process
• Focus on improving the end user experience and implementing system and process changes to ensure employee satisfaction with the Career Zone user experience
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and ability to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making at various levels of the organization
• Self-starter, with the ability to manage and drive projects with limited supervision and to manage multiple projects in an organized manner
• Ability to work in direct and virtual teams to achieve a common goal quickly and effectively
