Key Responsibilities: • Hands-on with day-to-day system administration, requirements gathering, testing to get the job done • Provide tier-1 & 2 support to all users and administrators on an ad-hoc basis • Produce and maintain relevant metrics reports for your team and Organizational Development leads. • Submit and manage tickets to SuccessFactors as required • Respond to tickets using the ticketing tool to provide resolution • Perform key business analysis tasks on projects to ensure project scope and deliverables will achieve required business impacts • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of procedures and methods to ensure proper business continuity • Assist with SuccessFactors release testing • Assist with the selection and implementation of optional functionality that can drive desired business change Research and summarize industry best practices to direct high impact project selections that will help keep Bell at the forefront of employee engagement and retention • 1-2 years of experience with Human Resources Management System administration and support (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle etc.) • Excellent written and presentation skills with colleagues, clients, vendors and executives • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Organized, disciplined and autonomous - someone who knows how to problem solve with little guidance • Flexibility and Adaptability in performing multiple tasks • Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously • Proven ability to collaborate through engagement from internal clients and external partners Preferred Competencies: • Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, HRIS, HRIT, or related field of study • Advanced experience with SuccessFactors HCM modules SAP SFX accreditation is an asset
