Responsible for online orders with entries and responding to customer orders, and requests in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner. Handle any inquiries which require investigation or follow-up by email and or phone. Ensure requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area. Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality. Use of tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes. Qualifications will include previous customer service or sales data entry experience; Excellent communication skills; Ability to handle tasks in a professional manner; and Fluent in English and French.
