SAP HR, HR and Payroll business processes, Case management and systems
The Digital HR group is responsible for improving, transforming and fostering digital employee experience. The group supports the employee engagement lifecycle through Career Zone, delivers system improvement, integration and legal and mandatory projects for Employee Services in SAP HR and Payroll as well as supports employee engagement through various other digital applications. The Role: Reporting to the Program Manager, the Senior Business Analyst will partner with Subject Matter Experts of the HRIS and Employee Services teams to develop Business Requirements Document for HR Case Management application. We require a highly motivated individual who thrives in a constantly changing and exciting environment to support Bell's current & future success. Responsibilities: • Work closely with business primes to develop Business requirements and/or User stories • Work with business clients and web designers to Develop Use Cases • Develop full business requirements document for HR case management • Ensures that test criteria are clear and provides input to the Request for Proposal and internal cost assessment Level of Experience and Education Required: • A post secondary degree in computer science with a business focus, and/or a business degree with a focus on computer science (or equivalent) • 5 years of telecommunications experience in either a business analysis or technical capacity Essential Skills/Competencies: • Working experience in HR and Payroll business processes, case management and systems. • Project Management (PMP, Prince2, and/or PMI-ACP) certification preferred • Highly effective negotiation, diplomatic, and conflict resolutions skills • Superb creation and facilitation of meetings, feedback sessions, and briefings in order to create consensus among stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen, understand, and respond both appropriately and effectively • Excellent ability to articulate and document technical concepts to non-technical audience • Team player; ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment • High tolerance for ambiguity • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Visio • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French) Preferred Qualifications /Competencies: • Knowledge of Bell Canada HR processes • Skilled in operation of MS (Office, Project, Visio) • Full understanding of SAP HR is an asset
