Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation, ensuring optimal utilization of RPA technologies.
• Develop and implement robust RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, leveraging best practices and adhering to industry standards.
• Configure and manage Automation 360 platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of RPA solutions to guarantee accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Continuously monitor and optimize RPA processes, identifying opportunities for further automation and improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of RPA solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in RPA technologies, methodologies, and tools, and recommend their incorporation into the organization's automation strategy.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of RPA initiatives with overall organizational objectives.
• Document and maintain RPA processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of RPA solutions and the overall automation landscape within the organization.

Critical Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record of 5+ years as an RPA Automation Anywhere Developer, demonstrating expertise in designing and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and lately on Automation 360.
• Proficiency in API development and integration, utilizing various programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of Agile Kanban methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative development environment.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and their administration.
• Proven experience with designing and implementing API-based integrations with third-party applications and systems, ensuring seamless data transfer and communication.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and SaaS applications, including experience in leveraging APIs for data integration and process automation.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
• Nice to have possession of valid RPA-related certifications, such as Automation Anywhere Certified Professional (AACP)
