Strong experience using JIRA, Confluence and the Agile methodology.
The candidate must be a highly motivated and professional individual with a passion for improving the overall customer experience and delivering initiatives to drive specific results. You will be responsible for providing support and management to a UX design team while communicating with product owners and stakeholders. We expect you to bring a strong pedigree in organization, resource allocation and tracking, and capacity planning, along with a demonstrated passion for digital experiences. You will also be responsible for supporting the intake process of design work.
