Job Description

• Samsung VRAN Technology and cloud hardware configuration (COTS/GPP)
• Samsung VCU/VDU Integration & Commissioning
• Scripting and troubleshooting of Samsung VRAN Nodes
• Samsung Sub cloud and vDU deployment support
• Layer 1/Layer 2 trouble shooting of Samsung VCU/VDU and other networks.
• INAM and CND IP understanding must
• Understanding of VCP Edge and trouble shooting
• EDGE and Routing understanding
• Must have LSMR/USM
• Proficiency in deploying and operating virtual RAN networks.
• Knowledge of data networking protocols including TCP/IP, OSI, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, BFD, SIP and other LAN/WAN protocols.
• Knowledge of data transmission facilities such as 1G and 10G native Ethernet and Ethernet Backhaul.
• Programming and computer skills with emphasis on applications.
• Good Understanding of application upgrades, troubleshooting and assisting with growth of the network.
• Experience in Kubernetes, Open stack, Red Hat, and Linux.
• Experience in scripting and automation skills.
• Familiarity of the internal VZ tools used to support the existing virtual networks that will also be needed for the Samsung vRAN product. KPI tools, alarming tools, IOP integration, and engagement with all these teams will be critical for success.
• Unix/Linux fundamentals.
• RedHat OS familiarity and Certifications are a plus.
• Experience -7 to 10 Years
