Reporting to the Senior Consultant – Recognition & Engagement, you will be collaborating with a dynamic team of Talent Management & Engagement experts. You will be responsible for supporting the evolution of recognition program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage strong data analysis skills to help drive business decisions
• Develop reports and key performance indicators to measure the success of the recognition and engagement programs
• Perform validations to ensure accuracy of data
• Use your excellent analytical skills to leverage insights and opportunities from data and metrics to build strategies and make recommendations
• Design reporting scorecard and develop metrics to drive business activities
• Ongoing maintenance and evolution of dashboard reporting user interface to support the recognition program roadmap
• Manage day-to-day program execution for the recognition program partnering with vendor and stakeholders to automate and improve reporting capabilities, and supporting end users with trouble tickets
• Maintain thorough program knowledge of the recognition program process and platform
• Effectively manage timelines and deliverables while proactively identifying barriers, roadblocks or other unforeseen circumstances to ensure you deliver on time
• Work closely with teams in the development of reward and recognition strategies and initiatives to elevate the culture of appreciation
• Support ad-hoc initiatives as assigned or required
Critical Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, STEM or equivalent work experience
• Advanced analytics skills with a strategic mindset to enhance processes and evolve programs
• High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and advanced analytics tools (i.e. Tableau)
• Proven track record of working with confidential data with high attention to detail
• Highly motivated self-starter who is a creative, outside-the-box thinker
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with a proven ability to collaborate and influence internal clients and external partners
• Sound business acumen skills, knowing when to escalate and what to resolve on your own, always bringing forward recommendations for possible resolution
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Competencies:
• Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
