Job Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate who will be the point of contact and subject matter expert for our internal partners, including network provisioning teams, account executives and partnership site consultants.

Job Duties/Accountabilities

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the following:
• Build and manage new construction site database in Salesforce.com
• Produce and manage tracking and reporting for new construction sites
• Provide analytical support for execution, tracking and reporting of project deliverables
• Regularly communicate and co-ordinate with network provisioning team and account executives
• Promote and co-ordinate information sharing across internal teams to ensure alignment on key milestones
• Build and improve processes to drive increased speed x accuracy
• Contribute towards the identification of any process opportunities and solution design
• Support the team on other priorities as needed

The successful candidate must have:
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and complex environment.
• Previous experience with database management and familiar with project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative analysis
• Bilingual with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (must be fluent in both English and French)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced PC proficiency – all MS Office applications

Preferred Skills/Competencies

• University degree in a business discipline
• Previous management experience
• Knowledge of Bell’s Network components and processes
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools
