Job Description

Field tech responsibilities for cell site maintenance and management. Will also include on call and will also manage projects for the market and the field team. Must have fiber troubleshooting skills and proficient with a working understanding of AAV and Microwave backhaul. Will need fiber test gear and tools and a 4 wheel drive vehicle capable of towing.

• NTW candidate will be required to repair and maintain the T-Mobile network and must have.
• Nokia experience
• Knowledge Nokia Airscale equipment
• 4x4 or AWD vehicle capable of carrying spare parts and accessing cell sites with rough terrain
• Ability to use and understand Fiber testing equipment
• Ability to use and understand RF sweep testing equipment
• Provide own Basic hand tools to repair issues found at cell sites
• will be required to work On-Call and overtime
