Telecommunications background an asset
Provide sales support for the External Sales Channel Partners and Dealers including:
• Work in collaboration with a number of different internal teams to facilitate the installation of our Business Solutions
• Management of large deals to ensure they stay on track and keep sales advised on status
• Management of escalations (removing roadblocks) for the partners
• Contribute to the improvement of the sales processes
Skills:
• Strong ability to problem solve
• Self starter who works well under pressure with the ability to manage multiple demands in an organized manner
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
