MacOS,Troubleshooting, JAMFPro, Windows to MacOS Migration.
• Senior Help Desktop Support IT (2nd and 3rd level support) • Provide hardware and software support for MacOS users • Work from Montreal or Mississauga campus and remote Technical Skills: • 5+ years' experience supporting MacOS hardware and software at an enterprise level • Expert knowledge of MacOS (Mojave and Catalina) • Expertise in MacOS currency at an enterprise level • Very good knowledge of Windows OS • Expert in browsers (Chrome, FireFox, Safari and Edge) • Able to package MacOS applications • Very good knowledge of MacOS security • Expert in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, finding root cause and able to fix or recommend fix • Experience working, administering and supporting JAMFPro • Experience migrating users from Windows to MacOS • Excellent knowledge of MacOS applications • Experienced using and supporting Office 365, VPN, Symantec endpoint security, WebEx, Jabber, One Drive • Familiar with Active Directory and AZURE • Familiar with Citrix applications People Skills: • Bi-lingual (English and French). Written and spoken. • Good communicator • Excellent written communication skills (producing user guides and instructions) • Focused on User Experience • Team player • Able to work independently • Focused and structured in approach to problem solving • Able to work with non-technical users and provide white glove service
