Training and Development
As Project Manager, Training and Development, you will help build and support the organization's overall capacity for development, through a 'culture of learning' to facilitate positive impact of the strategic priorities of the business. Specifically, you will support the Wireless Access Network - Radio Ops/Solutions team on learning solution delivery of various projects. Responsibilities • The primary responsibility will be to work with client’s Radio Service Operations, Network Operation Center (NOC), BMR Service Desk, Wireless Field Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, customers and external vendors to ensure overall training programs are delivered • Manage all training requirements including: o Develop the training plan, o Develop training material, o Co-ordinate training sessions for Technical, Operations and Service Desk teams • Ensure all training scope, timeline, budget and performance are met and proactively manage risks/issues • Work with the project members to proactively address issues, action items and risks. Escalate and report on critical issues in timely manner • Co-ordinate with internal teams and external teams such as customers and vendors /sub-contractors to ensure training programs are defined and delivered to meet the requirements in classrooms setting and Web Based training • Provide course evaluations and apply feedback to future courses • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all client stakeholders. Build positive and productive working relationships with customers, vendors and all internal teams
